Online Consulting and Coaching
This is a popular option for those of you who would like to work with me but are not located in the Atlanta area. I have many years of experience working with people via online consulting and coaching, and everyone I've worked with has experience excellent results. I've had clients from as far away as the UK, Norway, Finland, and Canada, as well as numerous people in the US and have been able to develop highly effective training plans for each of them. I offer consulting, sport and fitness program design, and video analysis services through this training option.
Personal and Semi-Private Training
If you are looking for private one-on-one coaching, partner training, or semi-private training to ensure that you are receiving the most specific, goal oriented health and fitness training program, this option is for you! Training sessions are conducted at my Norcross-based training center, Extreme Performance Training Systems. Click here to visit my training center's website. Personal, partner, and semi-private training sessions are individualized for each participant based on a thorough analysis and assessment to ensure that you accomplish your goals in the shortest time possible. Rates vary by training option and length of membership purchased.
Sport Performance Training
If you are an athlete demanding a high level of performance I offer individualized training programs regardless of your level of competition. I have experience working with athletes from pee-wee sports to the professional level and everything in between. All training is developed for your specific sport requirements, and the various energy system requirements of your position within the sport, based on the results of a thorough assessment to determine your current level of physical development.
EPTS Adult Fitness Training Class
If you enjoy working out in a small group, class setting, you will love the EPTS Adult Fitness Training classes. These classes appeal to all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced, and will challenge everyone that participates regardless of your experience. Classes will build general strength, endurance, cardiovascular fitness, and will help you burn fat and tone up faster than you could imagine! This is a cost effective way to get a great full-body workout with other fitness enthusiasts in a fun, supportive atmosphere! Classes are offered on Tuesday and Thursday from 7pm to 8pm and Sunday from 2pm to 3pm.
EPTS Barbell Club / Team Training
This program is for powerlifters, kettlebell sport lifters, combat athletes and sport athletes who are serious about their training and looking for a hardcore environment and help with their training program. This is for serious participants only. We currently offer two different training group schedules.
- Weekday Morning Group is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:30am-11am.
- Weekday Evening / Weekend Group is Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 5:30pm-7pm and Sunday: 11:30am-1pm.
Program Design + Gym Membership
This is a great option if you are looking for a place to train on your own with programming assistance. These are scheduled on an individual basis.
Kettlebell Sport and Fitness Training
If you are interested in kettlebell training, whether it is to compete in the sport of kettlebell lifting or to just ramp up and augment your current training program, you will be thrilled with the experience I provide. I was the first fitness professional teaching kettlebell training in the Atlanta area beginning in 2002 and have thoroughly established myself in this niche since then. I have hosted 8 kettlebell sport competitions in Atlanta since 2005; coached many kettlebell sport athletes; authored two training books on kettlebell training; successfully integrated kettlebell training into the preparation of high level athletes from numerous sports; served as the Kettlebell Training Specialist for the mixed martial art (MMA) company TapouT as part of the Virtual Training Center (VTC) project; certified over 60 kettlebell fitness trainers; and competed in numerous kettlebell sport competitions including a 3rd place finish at the 2009 Arnold Schwarzenegger Sports Festival Kettlebell Sport Competition and most recently winning 1st Place in my division the Best Overall Male Lifter in the Long Cycle event of the 2013 Punch Gym Sarasota Kettlebell Sport Championship.

Kettlebell and Indian Club Trainer Certification Courses
If you are a trainer looking to add kettlebell and Indian club training to your training tool-box, I offer certification courses in both. This is a great way to insure that you will be well on your way to mastering the subtle techniques required for both of these highly effective methods of training. Certifications can be taught at my Atlanta-based training center or I can work with you to customize a course held on-site at your training facility.
I am always available for speaking engagements and have presented on a wide variety of health, fitness, and strength and conditioning related topics at numerous events, clinics and seminars for public and private organizations as well as larger member-based organizations such as GAPHERD and the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
